How does the coffee delivery subscription work?
Choose a plan (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly), and we’ll deliver freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep on schedule. All subscriptions include a free “Emergency Bag” if you run out.
What is the “Emergency Bag”?
If you’re running low on coffee, let us know, and we’ll send you a free 12oz. bag within 24 hours. This is limited to one free bag per month.
When is coffee roasted and delivered?
We roast coffee every Saturday and deliver it fresh the next day. Your coffee will always arrive no later than 24 hours after roasting.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! All subscriptions are commitment-free and can be canceled anytime by just emailing us! If you’re accidentally charged, just let us know and we’ll make it right!
How Does The Free First Bag Work?
When you first sign up, we’ll deliver a complimentary, freshly roasted 12oz bag of coffee within 24 hours. Your next delivery will be on the first Sunday following your order. Your card is charged upon each order, but you’ll receive an additional bag for that month at no extra cost.
